DRISHYAM 2K19 Drishyam, the short film festival for school children was organised by the 64th college union on 29/11/2019. Many students from different schools in the city participated in the competion. The program was inaugurated by the famous associate director Vava Kottarakkara. The program was a great sucess with the participation and organisation.

ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON DEVELOPING TOYS FOR SCIENCE TEACHERS  A session was organized for the  physical science students to  develop toys that can be used to teach physics and chemistry. Use of these toys will help us to make class more interesting for the students and it also help the students to understand the concepts more clearly

JAADU GINNI KA A two hours class was organized named "jaadu ginni ka" which taught us the importance of saving money and to have a record of what we earn and spent. They told us the importance of keeping a financial diary. The function was on 21 november 2019

FIELD VISIT As part of the optional field visit, the students of Physicalscience visit the Biodiversity Museum at Vallakadavu, Thiruvananthapuram on 19 november 2019. The visit helped us to understand the importance of conserving the nature and biodiversity surrounding us. It was a very good experiece for us.

Arts and Aesthetic Visit In connection with the curriculam of BEd, the students of MTTC visited Kuthiramalika and Chithralayam Museum in Thiruvananthapuram. It was a wonderful experience where we come across the glorious olden days of Travancore, the rulers , their artistic works and the brilliance in the construcion. Everyone was moved by the kind of artistic work exhibited in the palace of Maharaja Swathi Thirunal. After that we moved to chithralayam where we come across various paintings we told to us the glorious olden days. The picture also provided the timeline of the kingdom of Travancore.

Annual Sports Meet 2019 Mar Theophilus Training College organised the 63rd annual sports meet on 16/11/2019. The meet was inaugurated by the famous handball player Shivaprasad. Each and every student of the college participated in the meet which made it a great success. Four houses competed for the cup.

EZHUTHIDAM -  THE LITERARY FEST 63rd college union conducted the literary competition named EZHUTHIDAM from 9/11/2019 at the college. Members fromall the four houses participated with competitive mind.

FIRST SEMESTER EXAM BEGINS First semester university exam was conducted from 6 november onwards. All students appeared in the exam and do their best.

A TALK ON SOLAR ECLIPSE  A talk on what happens during solar eclipse and how we can safely view this beautiful event was done by Rajeevan sir of IIST, Valiamala. The class was very informative and we get to know about different types of solar eclipse and the reasons behind the happening.

 Visit to Shalom, Vattapara           In connection with the social visit in the BEd curriculum the students of MTTC visited Shalom, the special school at vattapara. We spend the afternoon of november 1, 2019 with those blessed children,. Everyone was mesmerized by the activities performed by those children. Really blessed to spent this afternoon with them
